We only accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash. A deposit of 50% is due at the time of scheduling the service, and the remaining 50% balance will be charged to the credit card on file immediately upon completion of the job. For recurring services, we may require an advance payment for the first and last cleaning sessions.
Yes, if payment is not received by the specified deadline, a 5% late fee may be applied.
Yes, we provide invoices for our commercial clients, which are payable within a set period, usually 15 to 30 days.
For larger or more complex jobs, we may require a security deposit to secure your appointment.
While tipping is not mandatory, it is appreciated. You can add it to the final bill or give it directly to the cleaners.
